Except for drawing, model is an important way to show the overall view of a building.In this camp,we had to make a model of a study room.

First of all, each group member had to draw 5 designs of it. Then, each of us chose the best one and pointed out the good things or concepts in the designs, and combined to one design eventually.

The final design is a "洋紫荊"-shape and a star in the centre of the room. One of the petals is a garden, which makes people have a feel of coming into indoor from outdoor.

The following is the procedure of the makeup of our study room:

1. Cut three "洋紫荊"-shape floors with the same size out from a brown cardboard.

2. Then cut another thicker cardboard with a same size like brown cardboard.

3. Stick the cardboard together.

4. Cut the walls with 14cm height, and cut the windows.

5. Build the furniture and the front door.

6. Make 4 small triangle-shaped canopy roof, and attach it on the ground beside the corner. 

7. Make the indoor star-shaped garden and stick it onto center star.

8. Cut another brown cardboard in small strips and stick them onto the roof of the rooms.
